1. Overview

IT Sourcing Partners LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides IT hardware sourcing and procurement support services to businesses.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Nature of Services

IT Sourcing Partners:

  • Provides sourcing, vendor comparison, and procurement coordination

  • Does not resell hardware

  • Does not take ownership of products

  • Does not add markup to hardware purchases

All hardware purchases are made directly between the client and the vendor.

3. Fees & Payment

Clients agree to pay:

  • $5 per SKU (per 20 units increment)

  • $5 per $1,000 of total order value (rounded down to nearest increment)

  • $35 minimum per request

Payment terms:

  • Invoices are due within prior to work being completed unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may result in paused services

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of sourcing and advisory services:

  • Fees are non-refundable once sourcing work has begun

  • If a request is canceled before work begins, no fee will be charged

  • Partial work completed may be billed at our discretion

IT Sourcing Partners does not issue refunds based on:

  • Vendor performance

  • Pricing outcomes

  • Product availability

  • Client purchasing decisions

5. No Warranty on Products

IT Sourcing Partners does not:

  • Manufacture products

  • Sell products

  • Provide warranties on hardware

All warranties, returns, and product issues are handled directly with the vendor or manufacturer.

6. Vendor Selection & Responsibility

We provide recommendations based on:

  • Availability

  • Pricing

  • Vendor reliability

However:

  • Final purchasing decisions are made by the client

  • The client assumes responsibility for all purchase decisions

7. Limitation of Liability

IT Sourcing Partners is not liable for:

  • Vendor delays or backorders

  • Pricing changes

  • Product defects

  • Shipping issues

  • Vendor performance

  • Product Warranty

Our role is advisory and coordination-based.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we aim to improve sourcing efficiency:

  • We do not guarantee pricing advantages

  • We do not guarantee product availability

  • We do not guarantee delivery timelines

9. Confidentiality

We will not share or disclose:

  • Client sourcing requests

  • Vendor pricing

  • Business information

Unless required by law.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including:

  • Name

  • Company name

  • Email address

  • Sourcing requirements

How we use your information:

  • To respond to inquiries

  • To provide sourcing services

  • To communicate regarding requests

We do not:

  • Sell your information

  • Share your data with third parties for marketing

We may share information only when necessary to:

  • Coordinate with vendors on your behalf

  • Comply with legal obligations

All information is handled with reasonable security measures.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time.

Outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
